Learning Objectives:
1. Students will be able to define training in relation to how we presented it in our presentation.
2. Students will be able to determine which training and development trends are best suited for certain environments, advantages of training departments, and disadvantages of training departments.
3. Students will be able to discuss the training and development process in today’s society.
4. Students will be able to point out which factors influence training and development and which training and development approaches get the best results.
5. Students will be able to determine training and development needs in an organization.
6. Students will be able to establish training and development objectives.
7. Students will be able to point out training and development methods, and discuss creative training methods.
8. Students will be able to discuss development in relation to our presentation.
9. Students will be able to discuss different training programs for different types of employees.
10. Students will gain a greater knowledge of De Leers and Mc Donald’s corporation and the training methods these companies use in training their employees and managers.
