  • Project Summary:

Through these pages we intend to show how corporate culture affects the development of an organization.  One of the most important factors that shape corporate culture is the relationship between leaders/managers and subordinates.  We will be utilizing various leadership theories such as the Leader/Member Exchange theory, Vroom and Yetton's Normative Decision Making theory, and the Mintzbers Studies on Motivation to demonstrate how strong leader/subordinate relations are essential for creating a positive corporate culture.  Finally, we will discuss how a positive corporate culture affects development by improving employee competency and overall performance of the business or organization.
