Abstract: The year is 1500 BC and the place is Giza, Egypt. Learn how the Ancient Egyptians lived, built pyramids, used hieroglyphics and numerals, and created sun dials for time measurement. This unit integrates math and social studies with creative, kid-pleasing, hands on activities that every middle school student will love.
